Eco Hatchery has no control over the information collection and distribution policies of these sites, and has no responsibility or liability for their independent policies or actions.
Information Collected
Eco Hatchery collects personal information when you register with Eco Hatchery, use Eco Hatchery applications, products or services, visit Eco Hatchery pages, and enter promotions.
When you register with us, we may ask for your contact information (e.g. name, address, phone number, and email address). We may use this information to send you updates or information on incentives and rebates. If you elect to sign up for our mailing list, we ask for your email address so we can contact you periodically with news, product updates, and special promotions.
Eco Hatchery automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request. We may use information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
We do not collect birthdates and therefore cannot verify or confirm the age of persons browsing the web site, registering, using products/services, or accessing information via our web site. Our website is not directed to children. We urge children to obtain their parents' permission before sending any information about themselves over the Internet.
When you use an Eco Hatchery application you may be prompted to provide us with four types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us; locational use information collected by us as you interact with our services; usage information that is collected by our servers as you use our applications; and information related to third party services that you would like to access through our applications and services.
When you launch or interact with an Eco Hatchery application, we collect your device type and IP address. This information is gathered for all users. In addition, we may use cookies in order to authenticate the user session.
When you use Eco Hatchery applications, you may set up your personal profile, send messages, and transmit information through various channels. We collect this information so that we can provide you the service and offer personalized features. When you update information, we usually keep a backup copy of the prior version for a reasonable period of time to enable reversion to the prior version of that information.
You use Eco Hatchery applications at your own risk. Although we allow you to set privacy options that limit access to your content and associated meta-data such as location information, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Third Party Services Accessed by Eco Hatchery
You can configure certain third party services to be accessed by Eco Hatchery applications and services. When you do so, we will store your access credentials to such third party services in a secure manner.
For example, if you configure an Eco Hatchery app to access your Facebook account, we will store your Facebook credentials in a secure fashion.
Use of Information Obtained by Eco Hatchery
When you register with on an Eco Hatchery applications, you may be prompted to create a profile. Your username and profile are your unique identity that is shared across all of the applications in the Eco Hatchery portfolio. As a previously registered user, when you download and access a new Eco Hatchery application, your user profile is automatically incorporated into that new application.
With your permission, we may occasionally use your username and email address to send you notifications regarding new services offered by Eco Hatchery that we think you may find valuable.
Eco Hatchery may send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the service. These announcements may also relate to new product launches or other relevant information about Eco Hatchery and the services we provide.
Eco Hatchery may use information in your profile or related to your activities on Eco Hatchery applications in order to personalize the application experience for you. Eco Hatchery may also share information such as user trends and application downloads in aggregate to third parties without identifying you as an individual.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Eco Hatchery does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Eco Hatchery under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers from partners and us. If the ownership of all or substantially all of the Eco Hatchery business, or individual business units owned by Eco Hatchery, LLC, were to change, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. In any such transfer of information, your user information would remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.
Eco Hatchery may display targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting criteria.
We do not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

Eco Hatchery may set and access cookies on your computer. We use a standard feature of your browser software that allows us to leave a unique identification number on your computer called a cookie which can help us personalize your return visits, and save you time by limiting your need to re-enter information previously provided to us.

You can edit your Eco Hatchery Account information at any time.

Opting Out

1) Sending an email to info@ecohatchery.com . Note: the email address to be removed must match the sender address of the request.
2) Sending mail to us at the address below, making sure to include your full name, mailing address, and email address. 3) On an email message from us, select “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email message.
Your Agreement
By using the Eco Hatchery website and/or applications, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, please do not use the website or the applications. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, update, add to, or remove portions of this policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
